HEALTH INFORMATION POLICY:In order to ensure a safe customized session, a medical history form is completed at the time of your first visit. You will be asked to inform the therapist of any changes. For the safety of all involved, the Massage Therapist adheres to all universal precautions.  The right is reserved to deny service based on client behavior, a medical condition, lack of cleanliness, or if there is a question to the appropriateness of a session.

OFFICE ETIQUETTE:The office is professional and smoke-free.  Kindly silence your cell phone when you arrive.  Please announce the arrival of any guests prior to your appointment.

PRIVACY POLICY:Your medical information is not shared without your written permission.  An administrative fee may be assessed.

APPOINTMENT POLICY:This is a small practice and the therapist’s livelihood depends on the keeping of appointments.  An appointment is an exclusive reserved time; if you are unable to keep it kindly provide a minimum of 24-hours notice.  Clients who repeatedly No Show or Reschedule will be billed for the time reserved.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:Due to scheduling, a session in its entirety cannot be granted to late arrivals.  Should you arrive late, an attempt will be made to offer an abbreviated session for the remainder of your reserved time.  Please plan accordingly as payment of the full fee is expected.

PAYMENT POLICY:Payment is expected at time of service. CASH, CHECK ($25.00 charge if returned), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted. Fees, discounts, etc., are subject to change without notice. Advance booking is not permitted unless bills are paid.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY:Gift Certificates are valid toward any service or class. RehabExperts is not responsible if a gift certificate is lost or stolen, if this happens please call. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
